This site is not currently collecting anonymous survey, tester application, early-access or analytics data. The terms below are the operating standards that will apply before any data collection begins.
1. Why we collect data
To aggregate name-free tester survey responses about shade failure, corrective behavior and reactions to an adjustable cosmetic; screen and contact tester candidates; manage the Founding List and referrals; prevent abuse; and understand basic service activity.
2. What we collect
The anonymous survey collects country, language, usage frequency, failure recency, purchase channel, actual corrective behavior, concept response and priority concerns—without a name or email. The optional tester application adds email, broad region, format and commitments, optional name and participation note, marketing consent and a link to the survey. We do not request medical skin conditions, sensitivity, birth date, full address or face photos at recruitment. Founding List data remains email, country, optional fields and referral relationship. Recruitment-opening notice: email only. Hosting providers may process access logs for security and operations.
3. How long we keep it
Tester surveys and applications are kept until one year after that recruitment closes or consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Founding List records are kept until three years after collection or withdrawal. Recruitment-opening notice emails are kept until three months after the notice is sent or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Longer retention applies only if required by law.
4. Your choice
You may refuse survey or application consent separately. Without survey consent you cannot submit the survey; without application consent you cannot apply. Applying after the survey is optional, and not every applicant is selected. Optional fields and marketing refusal carry no penalty.
5. Providers and international processing
The site is intended to use Vercel and Neon for survey/application operations and Resend for Founding List emails. Contracting entities, regions, retention and required transfer disclosures will be finalized, and this notice updated, before we begin collecting data.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent through the privacy contact below.
7. Browser storage
DAILY MIX and FIT FINDER progress and results stay in this browser’s local storage. FIT FINDER photo refinement is processed only on this device — photos are never uploaded or stored. Clearing browser data removes these records. The dial on the home page reads the FIT FINDER value from the same local storage to show a starting value. Your language choice is kept in a cookie (cf-locale) in this browser so the same language is shown on your next visit; it does not identify you and is removed when you clear browser data.
8. Anonymous product analytics
When anonymous analytics are enabled, we may hash a random session identifier to count feature completions and language without duplicates. Answers, names, email addresses and IP addresses are not stored in this analytics table.
9. Referral visibility
Referrers see only visit, pending and confirmed totals—not names or email addresses. Operations may view relationships for integrity and abuse prevention.
10. Children
We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14.
